Program Support Assistant, Gainesville, FL
Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (JPS) is a Service Diasbled Veteran Owned Small Business providing premier management, consulting and staffing services to our federal government and commercial clients nationwide.

JPS is currently recruiting for three (3) Program Support Assistants for a contingent federal government client in the Gainesville, FL, area.

Job Requirements:
The Program Support Assistant will perform clerical duties consisting of processing inpatient claims within the 30 day mandate set forth by our contingent client and the following nonclusive duties and responsibilities:

  1. Proficient in typing and computer use.
  2. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge federal government medical computer programs preferred.
  3. Experience with office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, computers, and multi-line telephones.
  4. Knowledge of ICD-9-CM/CPT procedures preferred.
  5. Excellent Customer service skills.
  6. A criminal background check will be performed on each candidate submitted for consideration.
